I am a proud home owner!
I got it! I am so happy I finally have a home, I feel so proud I could cry! I get to close in about a week, you have to love credit unions, and take immediate possession!! However, I do have some work to do before I move in, anyone know a good furnace guy? I should be all moved in before Kate and Lilly come home November 18th! Thank you to all of you who kept me in your thoughts and prays!

Omygosh! i am sooo PROUD of you!! Altho I don't know a good furnace guy, I am fairly good w/a paint brush if you need some help down the road!! Congrats!!!
