Okay, I found another home, this time it is a house. It needs some cosmetic work but, I could live in it now. It is really cute 1 1/2 story cape cod, 4 bedroom, 1 bath, a basement, a small yard, a little spot for a veggie garden next summer and are you ready for this....a garage! That's right no more brushing my car off in the morning after a big snow storm! I am really excited about it and hope that I can snatch it up before someone else does. It just feels like me....like it should be mine. The price is great, the monthly payment is very comfortable for me which is nice for me knowing how anxious I can get about money things. So if you would be so kind to send your prays and happy thoughts my way I would appreciate it! I will invite you all to my house warming party!
