Who is Lacey...

If someone would have asked that while I was in high school they would say...Oh she is the girl who wears those silver penny loafers, the one with the long curly brown hair. She went to Europe over the summer a few years ago. The girl who won best seamstress award last year and, was in that acapella singing group that went to festival and won second place. You know the chick that is on the cheer leading squad, she had her art work shown at the Muskegon art museum and she is in ski club and drama club. If you were to ask who Lacey is now...people would say oh you know that new nurse in the ER that was the ward clerk, she has that cute dog...that is all I can think of...I feel like I use to be this cool person that did all these fun thing, had all of these hobbies and how I don't know. I know I got into survival mode after my divorce I worked two jobs for a while just to pay my bills, then my focus was on going to college everyone kept saying as soon as you are done with school your life is going to begin...well I'm still waiting. If I look at what I wanted out of life, I wanted to be your typical soccer mom. I wanted the husband, the kids and the white picket fence. I understand that life doesn't always work out like you planned it...my doesn't look anything like I wanted it and I may never get that. So where do I go from here, I don't even know how to figure out who I am?
